While sitting on the lawn I have been watching the ducks and also feeding them. Like children who would rather eat cake than vegetables...too much bread is not good for ducks. So today I feed them seeds. I throw some seeds in the water and watch the ducks poke their beaks in the water to get it. Some of the braver ducks come to the shore where I have spread some seeds. Some of the ducks are within a foot of where I am sitting. It is calming to watch the ducks. Life is "ducky".

A duck, swimming gracefully A dancer in the water ballet. Dance in time with the water as one. The feathers glistening in the sunlight. The water, the orchestra playing quietly Tranquility in the midst of the hustle and the bustle of city living. As water ripples and a duck moves fluidly in a graceful water ballet. A ballet which nature choreographed. Performed count- less times but never becoming stale. No tickets required; to view this water ballet. Composed of ducks, the water and the warm sun.
